Hey guys. I am back with my another blog post. And before I head into this particular post. In case you guys don’t know, Mi Malaysia actually chose me as one of the Explorers for the Redmi Note 3. I’ll link my review below. And huge shoutout to them, thank you so much for choosing me as one of the Explorers. Something I am really grateful for and something I won’t forget. Ever. Okay, enough with my mushy feelings and let’s get into our post today.

Well, on April 6th. The Redmi Note 3 first batch went on sale. And I gotta say, the result of it was overwhelming. I literally got spammed everywhere. My phone was full of my friends showing off their cart. (The ones where the payment is made) lol. I hope everyone is happy with their lovely device.

So, we kinda need protection for our phones. Amirite? And here’s the thing. Some of the really durable cases, are humongous. And to protect our screens, we need protectors.  And Mi does make some cases which does not only look great but also feel great. So, let’s look at the 2 cases which Mi Malaysia sent me as a token of appreciation for the Mi Explorers.

Here’s the first one. The Redmi Note 3 Clear Case.

Clear cases. Very transparent. Fingerprint magnets. And sometimes the quality is hideous. But the clear case from Redmi Note 3 is quite nice. Well, I can’t deny the fact that it’s fingerprint magnet. You can see smudges around it. But then the quality of this case is on point. Feels nice in hand. It gives a grippy feel and you feel confident that you won’t drop your phone.

You can actually see the “Designed by Mi” on the side of the case. Which I think it’s nice in a way that you actually got the official case. Lol. Haha.

But other than that, it’s fairly simple. No cool stuff like the phone gets camouflaged or something.
It costs around, RM 15 on the official site.

Second case, is the Redmi Note 3 Fabric Case.

This case I bought it before I even knew that I will get it as a token of appreciation. The fabric case. Is one of the best case I have ever used in my entire life. I dont know why, Mi didn’t make this kinda case for their other phones.

The fabric on the case is actually a Microfibre material. Dual toned case. Mixture of blue and white. Minimalist. And good. Here’s the reason why I actually ditched my iPaky Armor Case for this. There are times where your fingerprint does not match or gets read correctly due to some stain or smudges on our finger. So, what I do is wipe my finger right on the case and touch the sensor. And man that’s convenient and satisfying. Hahaha.

The price of this particular case is RM 25 on the official site. There is actually another color variant, which is grey with white. God that’s gorgeous. I thought of importing from China. But guess what? Out. of. Stock. Sigh.

Finally, the screen protector. It’s actually a tempered glass… So, ya.
Redmi Note 3 Tempered Glass 0.22mm.

In case you guys don’t know, I actually have a tempered glass on my phone for like 4-5 weeks now. And it’s not from Mi because when we got this phone, Mi Malaysia didn’t sell any accessories. So yep.

Anyways, the tempered glass package looks the same as their old packages. And god. That glass is bloody thin. 0.22mm. It’s no joke. Make sure you practice applying the screen protector with the testing piece inside the cover. And then apply your glass.

It’s fragile. I can tell you that. If you drop your phone very often, you might need this. The quality is good. But its thin lah. Haha.

The price for the tempered glass is RM 25. You can look at their official site. Which I’ll link it down below.

And that’s all guys. If you ask me which is my favorite case, I have to give it all to my Fabric Case. I am glad that I bought it. Because this case is nice. Grippy. Doesn’t slip out of your hand. Gives that classy jeans looks. Haha.

Thank you so much for checking out guys!
And I’ll catch you guys in my next post.

More to come!
