Honor 7X features a 5.93″ FullView Display with a FHD+ Resolution and a new 18:9 aspect ratio display. The phone is powered by their in-house Kirin 659 octa core processor clocked in at 2.36GHz with 4GB RAM under the hood. It comes with 64GB of Internal Storage that can be expanded with a help of SD Card up to 256GB.

Under the camera department, it comes with a dual camera setup on the back. The primary sensor boasts a 16MP sensor whereas the secondary camera features a 2MP Camera. On the front, it features an 8MP selfie shooter. Inside the phone, it runs EMUI 5.1, Huawei’s custom skin on top of Android 7.0. Finally, this performance is made possible with the 3340 mAh battery.

Other than the specification, the device is covered in Glass on the front and wrapped in an aluminium body. They also mentioned about a feature called Airbag. The edges of the Honor 7X acts as a cushion and doesn’t take any impact. Honestly, as interesting it might sound, it kind of sounds gimmicky too. None the less, the device has some decent specification that has the potential to put up with its competitor. We can’t wait to check it out ourselves.

Pricing and Availability

The Honor 7X will be available for RM 1099, starting from 22nd December. There will be a flash sale happening on the 18th December from 3pm to 4pm, where you can get it for RM999. The device comes in two colors, Black and Blue respectively.
