After much anticipation, the extremely innovative OPPO Find X has finally launched in Malaysia! Now, here’s what you need to know about the latest flagship from OPPO.
Craziest Smartphone Of 2018 Yet!
When it comes to specs, the Find X is definitely a flagship smartphone but its design of the camera sets it apart from the pack. In order to achieve an all-screen front, OPPO had to opt for a motorised pop up to house the cameras. With just a push of a button, the pop up slides out to reveal the camera system. It consists of a 16MP and a 20MP dual-camera setup on the rear, while selfies are handled by a 25MP camera. Also, the Find X doesn’t feature a fingerprint scanner, but it does come with 3D Face ID. So, if you’re using Face ID to unlock your device, you can expect the little pop up to slide out everytime you lift your phone to your face.
The rest of the internals of the Find X are of typical flagship standard. This includes a near bezel-less 6.4-inch dual-curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080p. Under the hood, it is powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor, mated to 8GB of RAM coupled with 256GB of internal storage. Keeping the lights on is a 3,730mAh non-removable battery with support for OPPO’s VOOC Flash Charge. Software wise, it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.1 on top of it. While it’s an extremely sexy smartphone, OPPO opted not to include water resistance as well as a headphone jack.

Well, such a beautiful flagship doesn’t come cheap for sure. The Find X will retail for RM3,699 and can be pre-ordered from today onwards. It will be available in two colours: Bordeaux Red and Glacier Blue. As for sales points, it
