By a dash of Carbon Fibre, we mean literally – as the laptop’s lid is entirely constructed out of Carbon Fibre, which is pretty much a first for Acer. The rest of the body is made out of magnesium-aluminium alloy to keep the entire laptop weighing under 1kg. Granted that this laptop is aimed at businesses, the fact that it is lightweight is going to be a crucial factor.
In terms of specification, we are looking at the latest Intel Core Ultra 200V with up to 32GB LPDDR5X on-board RAM and storage starting at 1TB SSD. You have an option of choosing two displays: either WQXGA (2880 x 1800) or touch-enabled WUXGA (1920 x 1200). Obviously, with the 200V processor, you get the AI features in collaboration with Microsoft, and Acer has its own slew of software, which we have seen in other laptops.
The camera features an enterprise-grade security and the IR Facial recognition is going to help you with logging into the laptop pretty easily. With EPEAT-registered and TCO 10 certified, safe to say that hit hits the right criteria for those who want a sustainable product.
