Pretty sure we all know what’s D23. One of the popular expo for Geeks by Disney. They actually have announced something that would get every single one of you excited. I am equally excited as you’re!
During the D23 Expo, Disney and Lenovo had a little sneak peak on something called “Star Wars: Jedi Challenges.” And it’s Augmented Reality. (Le me inside: AHHHHHHHHH!). Okay back to reality, they featured an all-new augmented reality headset which was specifically crafted and designed to give Star Wars Fans to have an immersive experience from their favorite moments from Star Wars film.
If you remember the scene where Chewbacca playing Dejarik, the board game that looks like chess with C3-PO and R2-D2 was one of the AR experiences they discussed. They call it the Holochess. This is just one of them, there’s actually more to come because what looks like, they are adding a lot more onto their Augmented Reality to bring the experience to life. For those who were at D23 Expo, they were also given a sneak peak at the first-ever AR product which features a lightsaber.
