Closer Look at the Samsung Galaxy Note FE
Samsung came back into the battlefield with their S8 and the Note 8 series. Just recently, Samsung also announced Galaxy Note FE, a revamped version of the Note 7 which made it’s debut in selected countries like South Korea and China. And, now Malaysia is one of the countries to have the new Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition. Let’s take a closer look at the Note FE.
Taking a closer look at the specifications, the device packs a 5.7″ QHD Super AMOLED Display along with a 5MP Front Facing camera and the Iris Scanner along with it. On the back, we have the 12MP Dual Pixel OIS camera with an aperture of f/1.7. Most of the specification is exactly the same as the Note7 except for two part, the processor and the battery. It now features a Samsung Exynos 8890 Processor and the Battery has been reduced from 3,500 mAh to 3,200 mAh.
And this time around with the battery, it’s compliant with Samsung’s 8 Point Safety Check. The device has also met the safety standards of the relevant industry and regulatory bodies. It’s safer than ever.
The thing with the Note FE is that, it’s not an refurbished device but they’ve worked closely with dedicated specialists to reuse and recycle unused components from the Note7 and form the Galaxy Note Fan Edition. And this is for them to reduce the carbon footprint for the future generation, which is actually a smart move.
Starting from 25th October 2017, Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition will go on sale for RM 2,599 inclusive of GST and you can purchase at all Samsung Experience Stores, authorized dealers and selected channel partners as well. And it will come in two colors, Onyx Black and Coral Blue.
