Last year, we saw Lenovo’s take on 2-in-1 with the Lenovo Miix 510 which we reviewed it here as well. This year at CES2018, Lenovo unveiled a finer version of that. It’s the Lenovo Miix 630. Let’s look what has changed.
Lenovo Miix 630
Unlike last year, the New Lenovo Miix 630 features an ARM Processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 under the hood. It comes with Windows 10 S, which is the stripped down version of the 10 that we see in PC. If you are not a fan of the 10 S and want more from your tablet, you can upgrade to 10 Pro with no additional cost. The keyboard thats included with the Miix 630 is backlit, which means you can use it in a dim lit room as well. The main thing about the Miix 630 is the fact that it comes with a touch screen. It’s equipped with 1,024 levels of sensitivity, which means you can draw some seriously great art and so on.
Just like the previous Miix we’ve seen, this one supports 4G LTE on the go. All you have to is pop a SIM Card in it and voila. You will be connected to the internet all the time. It’s also equipped with Wi-Fi. So, don’t worry. You can connect to your network at home or on the go. This time, they claim that the Lenovo Miix 630 will last up to 20 hours with just local video playback. It packs a 12.3″ inch touchscreen display up on the front which you will be using it to view your favorite content.
Pricing and Availability
The Lenovo Miix 630 will start at USD $799.99. It comes with the tablet and they also include the Lenovo Digital Pen and Keyboard Dock along with it. It will only be arriving in the Second Quarter of 2018. So, hold on to your horses. Save up some money and purchase it the moment it’s released.
We have no information on the Miix 630 availabilty in Malaysia but we know for a fact that it’s coming to Malaysia sometime in Q2 2018. Be sure to like our Facebook page as we have loads of CES2018 Coverage and other interesting tech articles cooking in our oven.
