Samsung is very particular about their consumers, in fact they’ve did tons of stuff to give their customers more. During the Southeast Asia Forum which happened back in 2016, they announced mySamsung which let’s user to enjoy offers, discounts and many more. Today, Samsung is terminating mySamsung app for something better. It’s called Samsung Members.

Last time, Samsung made mySamsung for the South East Asia and Oceania whereas Samsung Members was an app made available to rest of the world. This time they’ve combined it into one app, which Samsung Members. Under the new Samsung Members App, you’ll find Feedback, Support and Benefits.

Feedback

One thing Samsung is working on is knowing on what their consumer want. The all-in-one app now offers tons of benefits, customer communication and troubleshooting services for all of the Galaxy Users everywhere in the whole world. The Samsung Member has the access to troubleshooting services like FAQs for problems, one-for-one questions where users can ask for expert and professional advice and Error Report where it allows users to report any suspicious activity.

Support

Support on the other hand offers various tools to check whether everything in your phone works like a charm. The Device Diagnostics let’s you test the device components, to see whether it’s working as it should. The Smart Tutor option let’s you get in touch with a live customer service for advice, analysing and fix issues, even via remotely.

Benefits

Samsung Members offer benefits to their Galaxy users. This particular Benefit section is where you can redeem yourself coupons and exclusive event invitations. That even includes discount coupons for Lifestyle and many more.

How to Download Samsung Members?

Here’s what you have to do.

Step 1: Head over to Google Play Store, search for Samsung Members or you could just click here.

Step 2: Click Install if you’re doing this on your Samsung Smartphone. If you’re doing this on your PC, be sure to select your Samsung Galaxy Device to install.

Step 3: Voila. It’s as simple as that.

Do take note that the mySamsung app will not work starting from 1st March, 2018. So, be sure to download Samsung Members right away. 🙂
