HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, today announced the availability of the Nokia 2 for the local market. With two-day battery life, the Nokia 2 is built to keep going long on a whole new level .
On the front of the device, the Nokia 2 features a 5.0″ HD display with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Under the hood, it’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdraon 212 processor with 1GB of RAM. You’ll also find an 8GB of storage which can be expanded with the help of a microSD card under the hood.
As for the camera, the device features an 8MP rear facing camera with flash and a 5MP front facing camera. The device has 2 Nano SIM Slot and also one Micro SD slot. The key highlight of this particular device is the fact that, it houses a 4100 mAh battery under the hood. This means you get 2 days worth of battery life and get to carry it with you without even worrying about connecting it to a wall outlet.
As for the OS, Nokia still goes for the Pure Android approach and it runs Android N out of the box. The device will also receive monthly security updates so that you can be safe and keep your device up-to-date.

The Nokia 2 will be available in 3 different color combination – Pewter-Black, Pewter-White and Copper-Black. Not only that, the device will be sold for RM 429 making it an interesting option for that particular price tag.
