Ltd announced that they will be releasing two new electronic keyboards with advanced specification, for those who take their musical game seriously.

Casio Keyboard with AiX Sound Source

Casio’s CT-X5000 and X3000 keyboards happen to feature an Acoustic Intelligence Multi-eXpression Sound Source, short for AiX Sound Source. This helps in reproducing the exact sound of acoustic instruments and a new audio system that gives that oomph Sound factor. These two keyboard will provide high-quality tones that starts from powerful and stirring bass tones to clear high tones. They claim that, with the help of their new LSI, it can produce the sound of acoustic instruments. This includes the strength of each piano keystroke, sensation of the drums and soaring strings.

With the help of the Digital Signal Processor, the keyboards can provide 100 high-performance effects. It actually combines different algorithms to realize diverse sound effects, thus leading to the expressive playing which suits the player. The X5000 sports a dual 15W amplifier that would deliver the powerful sound possible – be it at home or at a venue. The X3000 on the other hand comes with dual 6W amplifier.

Other than these, you get some interesting features where you can save Keyboard Setups, not to forget – you can even connect the X5000 or the X3000 to your PC/Laptop and easily save the data right away. You can even connect sustain or expression pedal to take things up a notch. It also comes with a user friendly interface for better interaction. Composing with these is great as it offers, 17-track MIDI Sequencer that can save upto 10 original songs. Oh, yes, both of these keyboards has that red accent – giving it an interesting look to it.

Adding on to these two models, there’s another two – X800 and X700 which also sports Casio’s new AiX Sound Source under the hood. It comes with a dual 2.5W Amplifier, that’s decent enough. With the X800 and X700, it also comes with an option to save 32 keyboard setups and yes you can connect to your PC or use a Sustain/any external accessory just like the X5000 and X3000.

Pricing and Availability

Starting off with their entry level Keyboards, the CT-X700 will go for RM 1,280 whereas the CT-X800 will go for RM 1,580. Moving on to the X3000, it will cost you RM 1,780 and finally the X5000 will cost you a cool RM 2,780. Want to get your own one?
