Not only RealMe announce their new Realme 2 Pro, which happens to be their Flagship range. They have also unveiled two new smartphones along side – meet the RealMe 2 and RealMe C1. Let’s take a closer look at the specification.
The new RealMe 2 has a 6.2″ FHD+ Display with a 88.8% screen-to-body ratio coverage. Yes, on the front you’ll also notice the notch which carries the speaker earpiece and the front facing camera. Under the hood, it’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450, an octa-core processor with a clocked speed at 1.8GHz. On top of that it comes with 3 or 4GB RAM and a storage configuration of 32GB or 64GB respectively. Unde the hood, you’ll find a whopping 4230 mAh battery that can last for two days. As for the camera, it comes with a 13MP + 2MP sensor on the back with an aperture of f/2.2 and f/2.4. On the front, you get an 8MP Camera.
The RealMe C1 on the other hand is manufactured for those who wants an affordable smartphone. On the front, it has a 6.2″ 720p Display in the same ratio as the RealMe 2. But under the hood, you’ll see a massive drop in power. It still runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 clocked in at 1.8GHz but it only has 2GB RAM and 16GB Internal Storage. With that said, it still shares the same rear camera configuration as the RealMe 2 – which is 13MP + 2MP but the front facing camera is a 5MP Sensor instead.
Pricing and Availability
The RealMe 2 is priced at RM 599 for 3GB Variant whereas the 4GB Variant is priced at RM699 . The RealMe C1 on the other hand is priced at RM 449. As they are collaborating with Lazada, the RealMe C1 will be available for RM 399.
