While the Dell Alienware series is the premium offering from the American company, they do have a more budget friendly option in the form of the G series. This time around, the laptops have been upgraded with 9th generation Intel core processors. They also come in three offerings, being the Dell G3 15, G7 15, and G7 17.
Dell G3 15
The Dell G3 15 happens to be the smallest and also the cheapest of the series. It is equipped with 9th Gen Intel processors, along with NVIDIA discrete graphics with dedicated memory. Display wise, it comes with a FHD IPS display with a 60Hz refresh rate. However, there is an optional 144Hz variant. It will be available in either Eclipse Black or Alpine White.

Dell G7 15
The Dell G7 15 comes with a variety of processors, such as; Intel Core i5-8300HQ, i7-8750HQ, and i9-8950HK. Being gaming laptops, they come with their own dedicated graphic cards; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4GB DDR5, RTX 2060 6GB DDR6, RTX 2070 8GB DDR6, and RTX 2080 8GB DDR6. Meanwhile RAM options are 8 and 16GB, with the option to expand up to 32GB. Storage wise, it’s available in 128 / 256 / 512GB and 1TB SSD. Dual storage is also available with HDD configurations of 128 / 256 / 512GB along with 1TB and 2TB.
Display wise, it’s available in FHD and UHD, whereby the UHD variant has a 60Hz refresh rate.

Dell G7 17
The top of the line G7 17 sports rather similar hardware to the smaller G7 15, except for the display size. There are three display variants, with the base model sporting a 60Hz refresh rate, while the other two come with a 144Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the top-end model supports Eyesafe low-blue light technology, which cuts down blue light yet keeps the colour quality at a constant.
