It’s the time of the month and ASUS Malaysia unveiled two new laptop lineup for the consumer segment. Meet the new Vivobook Ultra and the Vivobook 14 | 15. Let’s find out more about it.

Vivobook Ultra

The Vivobook Ultra is their new thin and laptop lineup for the Vivobook series and the key highlight of this laptop is that it has a 72Wh 4-Cell battery under the hood which has the capability to give upto 24 Hours of battery life. Other than that, the laptop is powered up an 8th Generation Intel Core i3/i5 Processor coupled with 8GB RAM. As for the Graphics side of things, it comes with Intel Integrated HD Graphics 620 and for the storage the laptop comes pre-configured with a 512GB PCIe SSD which is a nice touch. The laptop comes in two different colors – Pink and Blue.

Vivobook 14 | 15

The Vivobook 14 & 15 on the other hand is their revamped successor to the previous Vivobook which we saw last year. With that said, it has a new design with much more edgy and geometric look going on. It comes in two different variant – with the only difference being the display size, as the name suggests. Other than that – both the laptop gets an Intel 8th Generation Core i5 with 4GB RAM, an upgraded NVIDIA GeForce MX250, 512GB PCIe SSD with an option to add another storage inside as well. It comes in 4 different colors – Coral Crush, Peacock Blue, Silver and Grey.

Pricing and Availability

The Vivobook 14 and 15 will be priced at RM 2,899 for the same configuration which we mentioned earlier and you can choose which display you need at no extra cost. Whereas the Vivobook Ultra 14 comes in two different variant – the i3 will be sold for RM 2,699 and i5 for RM 3,399 respectively.
