Fitness wearables are becoming a social norm and Fitbit is one no-brainer brand to lookout for – I, personally use the Versa 2, you can read about it in our review. That said, they have announced the successor to the Charge 3 which we saw last year. Meet the Fitbit Charge 4 and man, this is a huge upgrade for Charge users out there.

Fitbit Charge 4

The Fitbit Charge 3 came with a decent number of features and most of them has been brought forward to the Charge 4, but it has few features that we finally get to see on their wearable. It now comes with Built-in GPS, which means its time to leave your phone behind and you can go for a good run and not worry about the tracking with no issue. It even keeps tracks of your pace and distance. The heart rate monitor has been around with the Charge 4 for a while now – but now it tracks all-day calorie burn, real-time heart rate zones and Active Zone minutes, which is a new feature that allows the Charge 4 to track the physical activity, more than steps to move efficiently and improve your health and have a better understanding of your body.

The best part is that the Charge 4 now even support Fitbit Pay, Spotify and we get pre-existing features like sleep tracking, being able to keep it connected to your phone for notifications from your contacts, call alert. It amazes me how in terms of design they have managed to retain the same look and feel and made quite the upgrade.
