After its announcement back few months ago, the OPPO Watch now hits the Malaysian market with an interesting twist – that is, now featuring the new Wear OS by Google. That said, while it may seem to look identical to a Cupertino brand, there are things that makes the Oppo Watch stand apart for various reasons. So, let’s dive into that.

Oppo Watch

The Oppo Watch features a flexible Dual-Curved display with a 1.91” AMOLED Display and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 Color Gamut. It comes in two different sizes: 46mm and 41mm and the colors vary as well – with the bigger OPPO Watch available in Black and Glossy Gold whereas the smaller 41mm is available in Black and Pink Gold. Unlike the versions we see being unveiled in other countries, the variant that’s coming to Malaysia only has a Wi-Fi Module and there isnt any cellular variant of it.

Unlike the China variant or the imported once, you will realize that the Oppo Watch comes with Wear OS by Android – and that means, complete compatibility with Android devices and even if you plan to pair it with an iOS device, fret not, as it still would work as it should but with limited functionality. The battery life of the Oppo Watch is said to be rated upto 21-battery life and as always, it gets the VOOC Flash Charging treatment. Finally, just like any other smartwatches in the market, you get features like Workout and Health Tracking.

Oppo Find X2 Pro, Now in Vegan Green Leather

With the watch aside, the Oppo Find X2 Pro which we did review a long while, now comes in a new color – Vegan Green Leather and its only available in a Bundle. But the appealing part of the bundle is that, it also comes with a Green Oppo Watch, which in my opinion is a good buy for the penny that you pay for. Pretty looking color and we even loved the phone when we had the chance to review them – so click here to read or you can watch our YouTube review below.

Pricing and Availability

Now on to the important aspect – which is the pricing. The Oppo Watch is priced at RM899 for the 41mm and RM1,299 for 46mm respectively. If you were to pre-order right now, customers will be receiving 2 additional watch straps worth RM199. The first 50 customers located in Klang Valley only will receive an additional exclusive wristband designed by a renowned local graffiti artist, Katun. On the 3rd October, you can even customize with your name on it on the spot at The Gardens from 10am to 12pm.

The Vegan Green version of the X2 Pro on the other hand, you can get it for RM 5,399 instead of RM 6,097 as a special offer from now till 2nd October.
