Fitbit today launches three new wearables into their well-established line-up with the aim to provide more convenience to users through updated health and fitness features that are now more accessible to everyone. With the introduction of the new Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Inspire 2, the company aims to help users better understand and manage their fitness and well-being as the pandemic rages on globally.
Touted as Fitbit’s most advanced health smartwatch to date, the Fitbit Sense comes packing an array of innovative sensors paired with software technology designed to make the most out of the smartwatch. A world’s first electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor makes its debut on the Sense and is designed for optimal stress management. Besides an estimated 6-day battery life, the Fitbit Sense also comes with a complimentary 6-month trial of Fitbit Premium.
Fitbit Inspire 2
Fitbit’s most affordable fitness tracker has never been better with the introduction of the new Fitbit Inspire 2. Now featuring more advanced features such as the Active Zone Minutes (AZM), the Inspire 2 now sports an enhanced slim styling, a bright, vibrant screen and 10 days of theoretical battery life, the longest yet for any Fitbit devices. The Fitbit Inspire 2 comes with a complimentary one-year free trial of Fitbit Premium.
Fitbit Premium Health Metrics Dashboard
Fitbit Premium now has a new feature called the Health Metrics right on the dashboard that serves the purpose of showing users the trends and changes to their wellbeing. It tracks breathing rate, heart rate and skin temperature through compatible devices and displays a trend over time. New Fitbit smartwatch users can even see a nightly average SpO2 levels.
Pricing & Availability
The Fitbit Sense will be available in carbon/graphite stainless steel and lunar white/soft gold stainless steel for a MSRP of RM 1,498. The Fitbit Inspire 2 will be available in black, lunar white and desert rose for a MSRP of RM 498. The Fibit Versa 3 will be available at a later date with details to follow. All the new wearables from Fitbit will be available for purchase through major retail stores and Fitbit’s Lazada and Shopee online stores.
