LG Introduces TONE Free TWS Earbuds, Comes with UV Self-Cleaning; Now available in Malaysia

As part of their collaboration with high-resolution audio industry giant Meridian, LG Malaysia launches the new LG TONE Free true wireless earbuds that sports a sleek and comfortable design, active noise cancellation, high-resolution sound, long battery life and a feature truly unexpected for any audio equipment but surprisingly fitting for this current pandemic.

LG Malaysia have just entered the air and water purifier since 2019 with their LG PuriCare^TM, and they are looking to put innovation into their wireless earbuds through the inclusion of self-sanitisation for the LG TONE Free. Featuring the industry-first UVnano charging case, LG claims that 99.9% of bacteria on the earbuds can be eliminated with the UV LED light that turns on while the earbuds are being charged.

It is an awesome feature and an absolute welcomed addition as it not only ensures the earbuds are clean enough, it also prevents cross contamination should the earbuds ever be shared with someone else. LG hopes that with the introduction of the LG TONE Free, users can enjoy the same tunes they listen to and at the same time enjoy the peace of mind that their earbuds are kept hygienic.

LG TONE Free comes with Meridian’s Headphone Spatial Processing (HSP) that seeks to overcome challenges, such as sound stage due to the compact size and lack of “crosstalk” between the left and right challenges, through the recreation of a realistic soundstage that replicates that of actual loudspeakers. The LG TONE Free is also tuned to reproduce vocals with pristine clarity, and a spectacular experience of music as the producers intended.
