HMD Global launches the Nokia 2.4 as the latest update to the line-up with the first-in-series dual camera setup and a large HD+ screen housed in a premium and durable Nordic design. HMD Global also promises an impressive three years of security updates and two years of Android OS software upgrades with the new Nokia 2.4 smartphone which targets people who are budget conscious.

Nokia 2.4

The latest member to the Nokia 2 series comes packing a pair of cameras powered by AI technologies to improve low-light photography with the new Night mode that uses image fusion and exposure stacking; better details of subjects with the new Portrait mode featuring custom shapes and blurred backgrounds; and the ability to refocus bokeh images in post-processing.

A large 6.5” screen with HD+ resolution makes it a great pairing to view the photos as well as for enjoying other content on-the-go, with only a small notch present to house the selfie camera in a non-intrusive way. The two-day battery life that had been a staple of the Nokia 2 series is also present on the Nokia 2.4 with a 4,500 mAh battery, so users are able to power through their day-to-day usage with no battery anxiety.

Nokia spared no thought in bringing value to this budget smartphone, packing in a fingerprint reader and Face Unlock for fast access and added security. The phone is made up of a die-cast metal chassis housed in a polycarbonate shell that has a 3D nano-textured finish featuring Nordic-inspired colours. HMD Global says that the Nokia 2.4 is ready to receive Android 11 and 12 with its promised two years of Android OS Updates.
