With the current pandemic all over the world and on top of all the global environmental issue that we have been facing so far, has not only impacted our lifestyle but our very health with facing contamination through our vital resources and air being one of them. The thing about air is that – as compared to our outdoor air, the indoor air has a possibility or higher risk of being more polluted too – be it particles, allergens, bacteria, and harmful gases. This is where Philips is stepping in to bring their new Air Purifier 3000i into the market for a cleaner and better air around our humble abode.
Philips Air Purifier 3000i

Philips has been in the healthcare game for longer than ever and their Air Purifier is one of the many products they make. The 3000i which made its debut in Malaysia senses the harmful particles, gases, and allergens – all in real time with the help of a professional grade sensor. This particular sensor has the potential to detect things such as pollen, dust mites, mold spores and pet dander. Unlike a PM2.5 filter which captures fine particles, the filtration system in the 3000i has the capability to capture and remove 99.97% of the particles which is small as 0.003um, respectively.
The AeraSense which is a technology baked right into the system has the potential to monitor the air continuously and purifies the room in a noticeably short span of time. Users can also take advantage of the Air Purifier 3000i with the help of Clean Home+ app via your phone to check the quality of the air and control the air purifier the way you want. On the air purifier itself, you will notice the LED Display for you to fiddle and configure the purifier the way you like it. As for maintenance, you don’t have to worry as its effortless – all thanks to its smart filter that detects the amount of pollutants filtered, then calculates and then gives you a prompt on when to replace it.
