Huawei’s journey with their smartphone division has been rough since their unlucky strike with US and Google revoking Play Service. But that didn’t stop the Chinese Brand from making smartphones but the Mate 40 Pro could be the last phone from them and it’s filled with bittersweet emotion around it – great phone but still the same reason why it holds us back from recommending one to our readers.

One Gorgeous Design

Huawei knows how to make their phones appealing – especially a design that turns heads. The Mate40 Pro comes in this holofied finish on the back, illuminating different colors under different light. The back is made in a matte finish making it nice to use in the hand.

On the front, the Mate40 Pro houses a curved display with a curved glass which does present with Green tint especially when viewed with a white screen.

We were able to perform the benchmark for the Mate 40 Pro with the help of the following benchmark applications: 3DMARK for Mobile, Antutu Benchmark and Geekbench respectively. That said you can check out the score below for the respective processor – Kirin 9000, powering the Huawei Mate 40 Pro.
