We all know that the TUF Gaming brand is supposed to be the one that carries, well, affordable isn’t a great term but to put it in better words, it would be competitively priced in the market. Last year, the ROG Zephyrus G14 was one heck of an attention grabber and we loved that laptop. The thing is – it ran the AMD Ryzen processors and in fact ran the Ryzen 9 HS series exclusively too. But if you want an intel powered Zephyrus G14, well, the ASUS TUF DASH F15 is pretty much that.

ASUS TUF DASH F15

The TUF DASH F15 goes through the same process of manufacturing as the G14 with the matte finish on the laptop – which they call it the EcoShine Paint. The insides of the laptop it has a slightly different color schematic going on – a cyan key finish. But the laptop carries over the signature TUF Design with that ruggedness theme and it looks exactly that in and out with a dash of elegance. The profile of the laptop is thin and light too – coming in at 19.9mm thin and weighs at 2kg.

It features a 240Hz IPS Display with 3ms response time, a screen-to-body ratio of 81% – so gaming on this or editing, is still good. The laptop houses 4 Fan outlets powered by 12V Fans and the same 83-blade fans we talked about in the TUF Gaming A15 and A17 but the TUF DASH also has 5 Copper Pipes.

As for the specification – it is powered by the latest 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11375H processor which clocks up to 5GHz for premium, ultraportable game performance and to blaze through a wide range of tasks and for the GPU, say hello to the new slew of mobile RTX 30 Series where this laptop can go up to an RTX 3070 under the hood. It also happens to be the first TUF Series to get a nice USB-C Charging capability doubling as the Thunderbolt 4 Port and a fingerprint sensor for quick unlock as well.

This is all you need to know for now but when we do get one to review, you will definitely hear from us.
