With Netflix producing more and more shows, movies for us to enjoy, it has most definitely created a huge fan base for their content. Unfortunately, while we may not be able to geek out with the lovely cast at an event or expo, Netflix took a different route – their first ever Geeked Week – a virtual fan-facing event unveiling the first looks and what’s to come to your favorite streaming platform. If you have missed it – fret not as we have gathered some of the highlights worth the attention.
Neil Gaiman’s Sandman Behind-the-Scene
If there’s one thing that I personally am a fan of: it’s Neil Gaiman’s work. Truly a piece of art and the story keeps you on the tip of your foot. The Sandman is no exception. The comic truly is a dream (pun intended) but what if that dream comes true, that work of art comes to life and imagine being in that set and going “Holy sh*t.” That’s how Neil felt. I kid you not, it’s remarkable.
R.L. Stine Roasts Horoscopes and Fear Street
Are you one of those who love looking up your horoscopes and going “ermagawd, this is so me.” Well, how about owning up to some reality slaps R.L. Stine is about to give you with his “Horrorscopes”? Get it?

Not just that, R.L. Stine’s work has always dropped our jaws and if you loved the twisted ends of Goosebumps, well, that isn’t even scary to begin with as his best selling horror trilogy Fear Street comes to light, perhaps the light you might not want to turn off.
Lucifer Reads
One show, that’s always going to be on my favorite list – it’s Lucifer. This show went through a lot and got saved, all thanks to the power of the #SaveLucifer hashtag. Tom Ellis and Lauren German, takes a walk down the memory lane by reading their pilot script.
Master of the Universe Sequel, Baby!
After 40 friggin years, guess who still have the power? You know it and thats He Man. This upcoming sequel to the original Masters of the Universe that came out in the 80’s is back and will be hitting our screens at home with the Part 1 on July 23 with Mark Hamill, the voice behind not He Man but Skeletor!
Cowboy Bebop
If you don’t know Cowboy Bebop, oh boy, you’re too young my friend. That means we are too old. (Shot ourselves in our own foot). But none the less, the legend, Yoko Kanno – the composer will be returning to score the upcoming live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop. Guess who’s starring in it: John Cho, Mustafa Shakir, Daniella Pineda, Alex Hassell, Elena Satine.
Yoko Kanno, the composer behind the iconic soundtrack of the original COWBOY BEBOP anime will be creating the soundtrack for the new Live Action Series. Also confirmed…Cowboy Bebop is coming this Fall. #GeekedWeek pic.twitter.com/6lHZQcoFR6
