Acer Malaysia has released new updates for its Acer Spin, Acer Swift 3, and Acer Aspire 3 laptops. These laptops are ideal for anyone who need a laptop for work, school, or enjoyment.
Acer Spin Series – Productivity in 360 Degrees
The refreshed Acer Spin 5 weighs 1.2kg with a thickness of just 14.8mm while the Acer Spin 3 weighs 1.4kg and is 15.9mm thin. The two new Acer Spin series laptops feature eye-catching 360-degree hinges that enable them to transform into a variety of different form factors that suit the user’s environment.
This includes a tablet mode for taking notes, a tent mode for watching movies with minimal space requirements, or a clamshell mode for an ergonomic typing experience and better thermal system.
Both the Spin 5 and Spin 3 are built on the Intel Evo platform and are powered by up to 11th Gen Intel Core i7 CPUs with Intel Iris Xe Graphics to deliver excellent performance for customers’ projects.
Both laptops are equipped with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The Acer Spin 5 comes with a PCIe Gen 4 SSD that provides double the transfer speeds of its predecessor.
The Acer Spin 5 boasts a 13.5-inch QHD IPS display with thin bezels for an impressive 80% screen-to-body ratio, while the Acer Spin 3 has a 13.3-inch WQXGA (25601600) multi-touch IPS display. Both laptops come with an Acer Active Stylus with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and a 15-hour battery life with quick charging technology.
Both the Acer Spin 5 and the Acer Spin 3 are now available at all Acer official online shops and Acer approved dealers in the United States. Prices start at RM4,599 and RM3,999, respectively.
Acer Swift 3 (Evo Certified) – Thin And Light With Immersive Responsiveness
The new Acer Swift 3’s 1.2kg and 15.95m thin aluminium and magnesium-aluminium metal chassis, which is Intel Evo platform design approved, provides responsiveness. The sleek and light new Acer Swift 3 is powered by up to 11th Gen Intel Core i7 CPUs with Intel Iris Xe Graphics to provide performance and mobility to users who lead active modern lives.
The new Acer Swift 3 has up to 16GB of RAM and a PCIe Gen 4 SSD with transfer rates of up to 16GB per second, much as the Acer Spin 5.
Furthermore, the new Acer Swift 3’s 14-inch FHD IPS display supports a 100% sRGB colour gamut and has a brightness of up to 300 nits. The Acer Swift 3 starts at RM3,499 and comes with Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 pre-installed. It’s available from all Acer official online stores as well as all Acer certified resellers around the country.
Facelifted Acer Aspire 3 In New Colour
The new Acer Aspire 3 in electric blue features a slimmer form and an ergonomic hinge that draws in more air from beneath the laptop. It has an Intel Core i7 or i5 CPU with Intel Iris Xe Graphics and a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD with 8GB onboard DDR4 RAM. For more capacity, the Aspire 3 comes with an HDD upgrade kit and an additional memory slot.
The new Aspire 3 features a 15.6-inch FHD IPS display and Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 pre-installed, making it ideal for students and families. It costs RM2,899 and is available from all Acer official online stores as well as all Acer authorised dealers in Malaysia.
