HUAWEI announced that their latest smartphone, the HUAWEI nova 8i will be coming to Malaysia this 27th August. This smartphone features a 90hz Refresh Rate Curved OLED Display, all-rounder AI Quad Camera with Iconic Nebular Camera System Design, and 7.64mm Ultra Slim Body Design with 66W HUAWEI SuperCharge technology.

The HUAWEI nova 8 comes with a 6.57-inch curved OLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. A pixel density of 391 PPI and a 10-bit colour depth of 1.07 billion colours are also included in the display.

In addition, the new nova 8 has a camera that HUAWEI refers to as an Iconic Nebular Camera System Design. It boasts an oval shape on the back of the phone that contains all of the cameras and the lights, giving it a distinct look.

The phone has a quad-camera system on the back that comprises a 64MP main camera, an 8MP Ultra-Wide-Angle Camera, a 2MP Macro Camera, and a 2MP Depth Camera.

When it comes to selfies, the HUAWEI nova 8 features a Super Selfie 32MP AI Front Camera with Super Night Mode Camera.

This function, according to HUAWEI, allows users to shoot selfies in the absence of natural light. Dual-View Video enhances the user’s video-taking experience even further, making it perfect for vloggers.

The HUAWEI nova 8 is 7.64mm thick and weighs just 169g. It also has 66W HUAWEI SuperCharge technology, which can charge the phone up to 60% in only 15 minutes and completely charge it in just 35 minutes.

In addition, the HUAWEI nova 8 supports HUAWEI Mobile Service. Users may access all of their apps through the HUAWEI AppGallery. Petal Search and Petal Maps can also be used to search the internet and navigate.

For amusement and customisation, HUAWEI Music, HUAWEI Videos, HUAWEI Books, and HUAWEI Themes are available. The HUAWEI Health App, which allows you to track your activity in over 100 sports, is also available to HUAWEI users.
