With important metrics including skeletal muscle, basal metabolic rate, body water, and body fat percentage, our all-new Body Composition measuring tool helps users gain a better understanding of their overall health and fitness.
With just two fingers on your wrist, you can now simply check your body composition. The sensor on your wrist will collect 2,400 data points in roughly 15 seconds.
Access guided workouts, participate in Group Challenges with friends and family, or set up a home gym with the new Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch4 Classic by connecting your Galaxy Watch4 to a compatible Samsung Smart TV, where calorie counts and heart rate metrics appear on screen for easier tracking.
The Galaxy Watch4 series also helps you study your sleep pattern with more detail as well which include detecting your snores sounds (through your smartphone) and measure your blood oxygen level when you sleep.
You can learn more about your sleep patterns and get greater rest by combining enhanced Sleep Scores with them.
