One of the biggest moves Microsoft Gaming divisions could have done is launching the Game Pass, which has been an absolute success in the States and European countries for its affordability, access to plethora of games through a subscription plan. Now, Microsoft is bringing the Xbox Game Pass Southeast Asia Preview for now. But if you want to get a taste of it, here’s how you can try it.
XBOX Game Pass Southeast Asia Preview
XBOX has played a good role in giving consumers some early access to that helps them build things better. That said the Game Pass Preview is now in an Early Access phase. You can join as it’s an open beta of sorts. Simply, go to your Microsoft Store and look for Xbox Insider app and install it. Once you do that, make sure to have a Microsoft Account logged in and click the Preview column.
Look for PC Game Pass Southeast Asia Market Expansion – apart from Malaysia, if you are reading this from Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam as well, you too can join this. Once you have clicked enroll, give it a few seconds and your PC will prompt an update for the XBOX app. Once that’s done, open it, there might be issues as it takes some time to settle in and give it about 15 minutes tops. You might have to close and open the app again.
Once you do that, you will be able to see the Game Pass Preview, click it and you will see the plan itself. There’s only One Game Pass available in Malaysia and that’s the PC Game Pass. Now, for the first time if you join, you can join for RM 1 for the first month but in our case, we see RM 0.50 (50 cents) for the first month and the subsequent months will be RM 15. But either way it’s a good way to have a taste of what XBOX Game Pass Preview has to offer.
