After announcing the flagship Sony Xperia 1 IV, Sony also introduced another addition to the Xperia line with the Sony Xperia 10 IV. Designed around the concept of a huge battery with the integration of Sony’s own technology, all in an ultralight, compact design.
Sony claims that the Xperia 10 IV is the world’s lightest 5G smartphone, weighing in at 161 grammes. The device has a 6-inch FHD+ display, a 21:9 aspect ratio, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It also has a 154mm height and a 67mm thickness, is dust/water resistant (IP/65/IP68), and has a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Xperia 10 IV has three cameras: a 12MP main, an 8MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto with up to 2x optical zoom. Another 8MP sensor for the phone’s front-facing selfie camera can be found within the phone’s top bezel. Video capture capabilities are up to 1080p at 30 frames per second.

Onboard is Qualcomm’s 6nm Snapdragon 695 5G processor, which is combined with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, with support for microSD expansion. It also has a 5,000 mAh battery capacity. Meanwhile, the phone’s USB-C fast charging capacity remains at 30W.
Sony Xperia 10 IV availability

The Sony Xperia 10 IV is expected to be available in Malaysia starting from August 2022 however, Sony did not mention the device’s expected retail price. Stay tuned to us here at Adventures of Vesper for updates on that.
