Aside from the Predator Helios 300 and Acer Nitro 5 laptops, Acer Malaysia launched the Predator Orion 3000 and Acer Nitro 50 desktops today. Along with the desktops, Acer Malaysia introduced new Predator and Nitro peripherals.
Predator Orion 3000
The Predator Orion 3000 desktop comes with up to 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics. The Predator Orion 3000 also comes equipped with up to 16GB DDR4 memory and 1TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage. The desktop also comes with an additional M.2 PCIe SSD slot, two SATA3 slots and four DDR5 RAM slots that can house up to 64GB DDR5 memory.
The Predator Orion 3000 chassis features tinted glass, metal, and mesh, with the option of an EMI-compliant transparent side panel. The device is kept cool by two 2 x 92mm Predator FrostBlade 2.0 fans with optimum airflow. Users can also customise the RGB lights at the front and rear fans via PredatorSense.
The Predator Orion 3000, priced at RM6,499, is now available at Acer eStore, Acer official stores on Shopee and Lazada, as well as authorised Predator partners. Customers who purchase the Predator Orion 3000 before 14th July 2022 will receive an RM150 cash discount and the ability to redeem up to RM600 in prizes.
Acer Nitro 50
Acer Nitro 50, which has been updated with a 12th Generation Intel Core processor, is equipped with up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER, 8 GB of RAM, and 512 GB SSD. The Acer Nitro 50 fits nicely on any desk or on the floor, packing all the performance into an 18-litre chassis.
The Acer Nitro 50 costs RM3,599 and is now available at Acer eStore, Acer official stores on Shopee and Lazada, as well as approved Acer partners. Customers who buy an Acer Nitro 50 before 14th July 2022, will receive an RM100 cash discount and more than RM400 in gifts.
Apart from the Predator Orion 3000 and Acer Nitro 50 desktops, Acer also launched several Predator and Nitro peripherals. These include the Predator Cestus 335, Predator Cestus 315, a Nitro keyboard and a Nitro mouse.
The Predator Cestus 355 is a gaming mouse with an ergonomic design that touts a PixArt 3370 sensor, 2,000Hz polling rate, 19,000 DPI (with five colour-coded DPI levels) and 10 programmable buttons. The Predator Cestus 315 meanwhile has a PixArt 3325 sensor and up to 6,500 DPI with 4-level presets.
The new Nitro keyboard and mouse is an entry-level set of peripherals with 19 anti-ghosting keys on the Nitro keyboard and up to 4,200 DPI with a 6-level shift setting on the Nitro mouse.
The Predator Cestus 335 and Predator Cestus 315 retail at RM269 and RM129 respectively while the Nitro keyboard and Nitro mouse retail at RM179 and RM109 respectively.
