YES launched the new “5G for ALL” campaign, finally bringing 5G technology to Malaysians. YES also announced several new Infinite plans as well as partnerships with a few 5G smartphone brands together with the campaign.
YES “5G for ALL” campaign
YES is introducing two new plans; Infinite and Infinite+ mobile plans. The two new plans include ‘Infinite’ high-speed data for both 4G and 5G with no speed throttle. YES claims that the new plans are “300% cheaper than the 4G market standard” at an average price of RM0.30 per GB.
Customers who do not already have a 5G-compatible smartphone can acquire a FREE 5G smartphone with the Yes Infinite+ 36-month contract. There will be no up-front fees, no hidden fees, and no bill shock.
There is only one fee with capped costs. Customers will be able to select a FREE 5G smartphone based on the tier of their Yes Infinite+ plan of choice. You can check out the details of the Infinite and Infinite+ plans below.
YES also announced that they have struck partnerships with OPPO, Samsung, vivo and Xiaomi for the “5G for ALL” campaign.
