ACO Tech has announced a new partnership with Spotify, which sees the popular music streaming service bring integrated with ACO Tech’s in-vehicle infotainment operating system, ATLAS.

Spotify now available on ATLAS OS

As a result of the agreement, end users of the OS will be able to enjoy customised music experiences from Spotify, both free and premium, while driving via their vehicle’s Infotainment Head Unit (IHU). Users can stay connected to over 82 million audio tracks and over 4 million podcast titles as a result of this.

All users have to do is simply cast whatever music they are listening to from their mobile phone via Spotify Connect to the IHU. Alternatively, users can play music straight from the IHU  itself.

ATLAS is an in-vehicle infotainment operating system developed entirely in Malaysia, accompanied by a supplementary mobile application called ATLAS Auto, with features that prioritise mobility, convenience, and control. Designed with your personal experience in mind.

The ATLAS Infotainment Head Unit (IHU), which runs on Android 8.0 and above and comes pre-loaded with Spotify, will make its Malaysian premiere in PROTON vehicles. Visit ACO Tech’s website here for more information about their operating system and Spotify.
