This July, Free Fire will provide players with an entirely new experience. The game’s brand revamp will change its original user interface into a vivid and even more immersive universe for gamers all over the world, with a new logo, icons, font, and graphics.

The stylistic overhaul follows the ‘Battle In Style’ spirit, which was announced last year and gradually reflected in the countless campaigns and modifications that followed.

Free Fire introducing a brand refresh

Players will also be invited to join in the return of the ‘Battle In Style’ campaign, which will feature the game character Maxim as the protagonist.

The film ‘Battle In Style’ follows a typical shop employee and his in-game persona, Maxim, as they grow both within and outside of the game. The store assistant, inspired by Free Fire’s brand renewal, defies his humdrum daily routine and releases his full personality, bringing the spirit of the game to life. Free Fire hopes that the film will motivate young people all across the world to “Don’t Hold Back, Battle In Style!”

The new global co-creation programme FF Co-Lab will be launched as part of the game’s brand refresh. FF Co-Lab is a global platform where players, industry professionals, and brands can collaborate with Free Fire to create content. To kick off this movement, Free Fire collaborated with renowned type designer Akira Kobayashi on a new brand font, Garena Free Fire, which is exclusive to the mobile title and can be found in-game and elsewhere.

Along with the brand revamp, the game will receive new modes and features. On July 20, Free Fire will introduce a new buff system to the Lone Wolf and Clash Squad modes, which may be engaged as an added challenge in custom room battles. Aside from the brand update, players may take part in a variety of activities and events to witness the game’s progress and Battle in Style.

Some of the activities and rewards during the ‘Battle In Style’ campaign from 20th to 23rd July include:

  • Starting 20th July
