Due to be held from the 20th to the 23rd of October, this year’s gamescom asia will feature a larger scaled physical Trade Zone, Conference, and a physical Entertainment Zone for the first time. The event will also be streamed online for viewers at home.

gamescom asia 2022’s Entertainment Zone will feature many activities for audiences to experience including live shows, meet & greet sessions with creators, and cosplay contests. There will be in-person game demos available there.
The staple highlight illustrates To keep the global audience entertained, PRIMETIME and STUDIO will return in the form of free internet live shows broadcast on many networks. PRIMETIME, in particular, will be held on the 19th of October as a pre-event online teaser ahead of the major event days from the 20th to the 23rd of October 2022.
As travel restrictions to Singapore have significantly loosened, gamescom asia 2022’s Trade Zone will accommodate a larger international attendance. Trade visitors and conference delegates can expect to see a variety of country pavilions ranging from AAA to indies, as well as representation from all levels of the industry.
They can also attend exhibitor talks and talent drives, arrange face-to-face business meetings and test out the Entertainment Zone before it opens to the general public.
This year’s conference agenda covers a wide range of topics, including game creation across platforms, marketing, production management, emerging technologies, and more. A face-to-face speed dating pitch activity will also take place between developers, publishers, and investors.
