HP has just released two new creator-focused laptops in Malaysia with the HP Spectre x360 14, a new 2-in-1 laptop and the HP ENVY 16.

HP Spectre x360 14

As mentioned above, the HP Spectre x360 14 is a 2-in-1 laptop that can be converted into a tablet with a screen able to be flipped 180 degrees. The HP Spectre x360 14 comes equipped with a WUXGA+ (1920×1280) IPS display that comes with the HP Sure View privacy feature. There’s also a variant with a 3000×2000 OLED HDR display though it lacks HP Sure View. Both screens feature Gorilla Glass NBT.

Under the hood of the new HP Spectre x360 14 is a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1255U processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics. These are accompanied by 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 1TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage.

Other features on the HP Spectre x360 14 include quad speakers tuned by Bang & Olufsen, a 5MP IR camera, Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 and Bluetooth 5.2. In terms of connectivity, the HP Spectre x360 14 comes with two USB Type-C ports that support Thunderbolt 4, one USB Type-A port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

There’s a 66W battery underneath keeping the lights on which HP claims can last up to 14 hours. Windows 11 also comes pre-installed with the HP Spectre x360 14. The laptop has a starting price of RM7,199 and is available on both Lazada and Shopee.

HP ENVY 16

The HP ENVY 16 is powered by up to 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H and features either an RTX 3060 Laptop GPU or Intel Arc A370M Graphics, 16 GB DDR5-4800 MHz RAM and 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD storage. It also touts a 16-inch WQXGA (2560×1600) IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The HP ENVY 16 is equipped with a slew of connectivity ports including two USB Type-C ports that support Thunderbolt 4, two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, a microSD card reader and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There’s also a 5MP IR camera and quad speakers tuned by Bang & Olufsen.

The HP ENVY 16 has a starting price of RM6,999 and is also available through either Lazada or Shopee.
