Kaspersky Safe Kids certified by AV-Comparatives

A product must be certified by AV-Comparatives if it blocks more than 98% of pornographic websites, has zero false alarms on child-friendly websites, and has no severely unsolved problems or design defects. For this report, AV-Comparatives tested parental control solutions against 1000 sites with adult material and looked for false positives on 100 plainly child-friendly URLs.

Along with the capacity of Kaspersky Safe Kids to prevent pornographic content, AV-Comparatives emphasised the near-instantaneous speed with which settings applied via the console are activated on a child’s device. Aside from that, the research lauded Kaspersky’s solution for being simple to install and manage via the cloud console.

AV-Comparatives also cited the ability to configure time restrictions as one of the most important features. Parents can select various settings for different days or arrange for them to alternate between weekdays and weekends. Furthermore, Kaspersky Safe Kids offers parents a variety of monitoring and control options. It is compatible with Windows 8.1, 10, and 11.
