The new Roborock G10 robot vacuum is now available for users to pre-order. The new G10 robot vacuum comes with many advanced cleaning features like Auto-Mop Washing and comes in an Auto Self-Cleaning Dock.
Roborock G10
Auto-Mop Washing is a proprietary feature on the Roborock G10 that washes the robot’s mop during and after cleanup. The normal mop wash is enabled by default at 20-minute intervals upon commencement (up to 50 minutes). The sliding causes the cleaning module to brush (600 rpm) the mop back and forth to eliminate filthy water.
One of the more unique aspects of the Roborock G10 is that the robot vacuum comes with an Auto Self-Cleaning Dock. As the name implies, the dock cleans whatever dirt comes from the G10 at the base of the dock once it’s done cleaning the room. The robot also refills its water tank through the dock’s built-in tank.
The Roborock G10 also comes with an upgraded main brush with 2500Pa of suction that allows the G10 to suck out and clean dirt from surfaces like carpets better. The G10 also has a Sonic Mopping feature that vibrates the robot’s mop at 3,000 times per minute and Ultrasonic Sensor that can accurately recognise surfaces like carpets when it’s in mopping mode.
The G10 also uses a rubber brush which is more durable than typical brushes used by other robot vacuums therefore is more resistant to things like hair tangling. The Roborock G10 also comes equipped with a 3D Mapping feature that maps your home layout. All this is powered by a 5,200mAh battery underneath.
