ASUS has announced that the new ASUS Vivobook 15X OLED laptop that’s powered by the AMD Ryzen 5000 Series CPU is now available in Malaysia.
The ASUS Vivobook 15X OLED has an outstanding OLED NanoEdge display with 2.8K resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 0.2 ms response time, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, PANTONE Validated colour accuracy, and 550 nits HDR peak brightness. It is also VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 and TÜV Rheinland low blue-light certified.
The Ryzen 7 5800H processor, 8GB of DDR4 RAM (with an additional DDR4 SO-DIMM slot), and an ultrafast 512 GB PCIe 3.0 SSD power the Vivobook 15X OLED. A physical webcam shield for instant privacy, a full-size ASUS ErgoSense keyboard, and a fingerprint sensor in the touchpad round out the package. They also have ASUS Antibacterial Guard to keep harmful bacteria at bay.
The Vivobook 15X OLED comes equipped with the ASUS IceCool cooling system with upgraded dual heat pipes and an IceBlade fan that efficiently accelerates heat transfer. This cooling system allows the Vivobook 15X OLED to run at 45W total TDP in Performance mode with no throttling. The laptop also comes with a 70Whr battery that can last up to 14 hours on a single charge.
The ASUS Vivobook 15X OLED comes with a slew of I/O ports that includes a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 2.0 port, HDMI output and a 3.5 mm audio combo jack.

The Vivobook 15X OLED (M1503) will cost RM3,299 for the Ryzen 5 variant and RM3,699 for the Ryzen 7 variant. Both variants will be available for purchase on the 17th of August 2022 at ASUS official stores and retailers.
