The Mobile Legends Bang Bang Professional League Singapore (MPLSG) has returned. Registration for the Season 4 Open Qualifiers has already begun and will end on the 18th August. The top two qualifier teams will join the top six teams from Season 3 to form an eight-team league for Season 4.
MLBB veterans and homegrown favourites will compete for a share of the SGD100,000 prize pool and a chance to qualify for the M4 World Championships, which will be held in January 2023. The qualifiers are open to all, so form a team and register at MPLSG.GG by 11:59pm on the 18th August.
Mobile Legends Bang Bang Professional League Singapore has partnered with Zenway Productions, an award-winning esports broadcasting and event management company that has produced a number of notable tournaments and events. Zenway will oversee MPLSG’s league operations, broadcasting, talent management, and other responsibilities in order to deliver a memorable Season 4.
Top Mobile Legends Bang Bang Professional League Singapore players are frequently chosen to represent Singapore in national esports tournaments. Ten medals from eight esports games, including MLBB, were up for grabs at the Southeast Asia Games in Hanoi in May 2022. Singapore won bronze in MLBB at the SEA Games, and many players on Team Singapore were MPLSG professionals.
Mobile Legends Bang Bang Professional League Singapore Season 4 format
During the MPLSG Season 3 Playoffs, over 200 on-site participants and community members cheered on the local professional players as they chased gold. This season, the league will be carried out in three stages:
- Open Qualifiers – 20th to 21st August
- Regular Season – Every Saturday to Sunday, from 3rd to 25th September
- Playoffs and Grand Finals – 7th to 9th October
The top six teams from last season will be joined by the top two teams from the Open Qualifiers, which will be held on 20th and 21st August 2022.
Once the eight teams are determined, Regular Season matches will be held every week on Saturday and Sunday, beginning on 3rd September 2022, and ending on 25th September 2022. In a league format, the teams will play each other once.
The final standings will determine the Playoff seedings, which will be held in a Double-Elimination format. The last two teams standing will then compete in a single-elimination Grand Final.
