The Garmin Venu Sq 2 series features a 1.4-inch rectangular and lightweight aluminium design with a comfy silicone band. With over 25 preloaded GPS and indoor sports apps, users can customise their workouts by selecting different times for the activity. Users can take this a step further by making their own routines with over 1,600 exercises or just downloading a pre-made regimen when paired with the Garmin Connect app.

For runners, the app provides access to a personal running coach as well as free Garmin Coach training plans to help them prepare for their next 5K, 10K, or half-marathon. Throughout the Venu Sq 2 series, steps, intensity minutes, and calories burned will be tracked.

When coupled with an Apple or Android smartphone, the watch may receive text messages, read social media updates, emails, and other functions. Furthermore, its safety and tracking functions can be used to notify the user’s current location to predefined emergency contacts or to send a message automatically if an event is detected.

Users can store up to 500 songs directly on the Venu Sq 2 – Music Edition, including playlists from Spotify, Amazon Music, and Deezer (subscription required). Users can download selected apps, watch faces, and other products directly to the watch via the Connect IQ Store or via the smartphone app.

The Garmin Venu Sq 2 is available in Shadow Grey/Slate, White/Cream Gold and Cool Mint/Metallic Mint for RM1,230. The Garmin Venu Sq 2 – Music Edition is available in three colours: Black/Slate, Ivory/Peach Gold and French Gray/Cream Gold, with a suggested retail price of RM1,480.
