The Jabra Elite 5 is the latest addition to the Jabra true wireless range. The new TWS earphones have notable features like hybrid active noise cancellation, Bluetooth multipoint, and long battery life.
The Jabra Elite 5’s Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation is powered by the Qualcomm QCC3050 Bluetooth chipset and includes feedback microphones in the ear and feedforward microphones on the outside. As a result, ANC performance is less sensitive to how users position the buds in their ears, resulting in more reliable noise cancellation across a wider frequency range.
The Elite 5 TWS earphones comes equipped with 6mm speakers inside with support for Qualcomm aptX Audio, AAC and SBC codecs. The earphones also touts a 6-microphone call technology with external microphones that are active all the time, ensuring great call quality.
Battery life on the Jabra Elite 5 is officially rated to last up to 7 hours per charge with ANC turned on and 28 hours with the case. The Elite 5 also supports Bluetooth Multipoint, Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair, Google Assitant and Alexa. There also a customisable EQ on board and features IP55 water and dust resistance rating.
