Xiaomi has introduced eight new smart home products for the Malaysian market, including the Xiaomi Smart TV A2 Series, the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L, the Redmi Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro, the Xiaomi Smart Speaker (IR Control), the Xiaomi Electric Toothbrush T700, the Xiaomi Water Ionic Hair Dryer H500, the Xiaomi Camera 2K (Magnetic Mount), and the Xiaomi Smart LED Ceiling Light.
Xiaomi Smart TV A2 Series
The new Xiaomi Smart TV A2 Series comes in three different sizes which include 32-inch, 43-inch and 58-inch. The 32-inch and 43-inch versions come in HD and FHD resolutions while the 58-inch is the only one that comes with 4K resolution with Dolby Vision.
The Xiaomi Smart TV A2 58-inch version comes with a display that offers an ultra-wide 178° field of view and features multidimensional surround sound from Dolby Audio and DTS-HD. All three versions of the Xiaomi Smart TV A2 Series are Android TVs, therefore, come with Google Assistant and access to many apps from Google Play including Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube. The Xiaomi Smart TV A2 Series also comes with Chromecast built-in.
The Xiaomi Smart TV A2 Series will be available for purchase starting from 9th September at all Xiaomi Stores and their official stores on Lazada and Shopee. The prices of the Xiaomi Smart TV A2 Series are as follows:

Redmi Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro
With the charging case, the Redmi Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro have a battery life of 30 hours and 36 hours, respectively. The Redmi Buds 4 can last for 6 hours on a single charge and can play up to an hour of music with just five minutes of charging. The Redmi Buds 4 Pro, on the other hand, can last up to 9 hours on a single charge and can play up to two hours of music on a five-minute charge.
The Redmi Buds 4 have dual microphone noise cancellation, while the Redmi Buds 4 Pro have three microphone noise cancellation and AI speech algorithms that can distinguish between human voice and ambient noise. The two new earbuds also include touch controls, in-ear detection and IP54 water and dust resistance.
The Redmi Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro retail for RM239 and RM369 respectively and will be available from 9th September onwards at all Xiaomi Stores and their official stores on Lazada and Shopee. The earbuds will also have promos during 9.9 Shopee Sale Day. Those who purchase the Redmi Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro during 9.9 will receive free Redmi Buds 3 Lite and Redmi Buds 3 Pro respectively.
Xiaomi Smart Speaker (IR Control)
As you can probably tell by the name, the new Xiaomi Smart Speaker (IR Control) has a built-in infrared transmitter that users can use to connect to and control other appliances. These appliances include TVs, air conditioners, fans and other infrared-compatible appliances.
The speaker also features an LED clock display built-in with Chromecast and Google Assistant included so users can easily connect the Xiaomi Smart Speaker (IR Control) to their smartphones and other devices and play music.
The Xiaomi Smart Speaker (IR Control) is available from the 16th September at all Xiaomi Stores and their official stores on Lazada and Shopee. It retails for RM199.
Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L
The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L is a new air fryer from Xiaomi that can be connected to the Xiaomi Home app. Through the app, users can control the air fryer remotely, setting the perfect temperature so users’ foods can be cooked to perfection. Every day, the app provides more than 100 different Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L recipe ideas for quick meal inspiration.
The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L retails for RM359 (with an early bird price of RM299) and is available now for purchase at all Xiaomi Stores and their official stores on Lazada and Shopee. The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L will also be available during the 9.9 Shopee Sale Day with a promo price of RM299.
Xiaomi Camera 2K (Magnetic Mount)
The Xiaomi Camera 2K (Magnetic Mount) is a new camera that offers features such as ultra clear 2K image quality (2304×1296 resolution), infrared night vision, two-way voice calls and motion detection.
The Xiaomi Camera 2K (Magnetic Mount)’s built-in 940-nm infrared lighting emits no visible red glow, and the two-way real-time voice call feature includes newly upgraded speakers for clear sound. Furthermore, the Xiaomi Camera 2K (Magnetic Mount) includes AI human detection technology that can effectively filter out false alarms.
The Xiaomi Camera 2K (Magnetic Mount) retails for RM129 and is available at all Xiaomi Stores and their official stores on Lazada and Shopee from 9th September.
Xiaomi Electric Toothbrush T700
The Xiaomi Electric Toothbrush T700 is a high-quality electric toothbrush with upgraded brush bristles, heads, and handles. The bristles feature multiple power settings with high-frequency vibration, DuPont Staclean Brush wire, LED smart display, personalised settings with the Xiaomi Home app, long battery life, and flexible charging.
The Xiaomi Electric Toothbrush T700 will be available from 9th September onwards at all Xiaomi Stores and their official stores on Lazada and Shopee with a retail price of RM429.
Xiaomi Water Ionic Hair Dryer H500
Xiaomi Water Ionic Hair Dryer H500 hydrates the hair deeply for lustre, smoothness, and hydration. The double water ions penetrate deeply into the hair of users, providing long-lasting protection and a smooth shine. With tens of millions of negative ions, this hair dryer can effectively reduce split ends and frizz, improving hair strength and making it more resilient.
