For those who are unaware, Singapore Comic Con 2022 is back and given that the last one they had was back in 2019, expect this year’s Comic-Con to be more happening. Now, given that SGCC has been updating with more and more information, we want to compile it in one article for you to know all about the artists that will be making an appearance, the floor plan and other do’s and don’ts that will be helpful to have a great experience possible.
Singapore Comic Con 2022 Guide
The Floor Plan
Singapore Comic Con 2022 is happening at Sands Expo and Convention Centre on the 10th and 11th of December 2022.
This is important to know because the Sands Expo and Convention Centre is huge and it’s easy to get lost, especially if you are not a Singaporean. Total of 5 floors. The event will be happening at L1 and B2. You can take a look at the floor plan from Marina Bay’s official Site.
Now, if you want to know which is the nearest MRT: Bayfront is the nearest. So, get your EzLink card or SimplyGo ready. Malaysians, it’s better to register for SimplyGo as it allows you to use your debit card for public transport, reducing the hassle to get an EzLink card and top-up as well.

SGCC has unveiled the floor plan for their event which you can check out below. If you want to know about who are the vendors, they have a pdf floorplan made available, which you can click here to download.
List of Artists Making Appearances
Since it is SGCC, obviously we have a bunch of comic artists making their appearances at their respective booths to sign, purchase their books and so much more. While we do have a list of artists that will be there, it isn’t quite complete. But here is a list of artists we know so far from their socials:

Signature and CDC Gradings
So far, artists appearing under Scott’s Collectables have announced artists that will be signing and how much it would cost to get signed. Here’s a list of them:

Ticket Situation
At the time of writing, the SGCC Ticket with Early Access has been sold out. But you can still get the ticket at the normal price without the Early Access. SGCC is also offering some other cool tickets with SGCC Blindbox, ranging from T-Shirts to even a chance to win Gundam.
Singapore Comic Con is NOT selling tickets on the floor – so the only way to acquire them is Online via Klook. You can use Shopback to get cashback and even discounts. If you are a Singaporean and happen to own a DBS Card, you can get 5 to 10% discount depending on which you own.
Now onto important things, from getting signatures and all those shenanigans. Here is some protip we have gotten from our lovely readers, friends and regular Comic-Con visitors.
Pro Tip 1: Always Have Cash
If you enjoy contactless payment, it’s great – with the whole contactless experience. But that isn’t quite the case in these kinds of events. Cash is going to help you a lot. Most of the artists are guest artists from other parts of the world. Chances are they will ONLY accept cash unless they have managed to partner up one way or another to open up a Credit Card/Debit Card terminal. But to be safe, it’s better that you have adequate cash for you to still get the chance to own a comic that you have been eyeing or an exclusive that’s only available on the floor.
Pro Tip 2: Travel Light in and Out of the Hall
The last thing you ever want to do is lug an obnoxiously large backpack that’s going to make life hard, not only for yourself but for others. Make sure to have your essentials: passport, wallet, phone, and battery bank.
Other than that, make sure to keep your comics or other things that you are planning to purchase or keep in safe storage in your bag possible.
