ASUS’ Zenbook lineup for 2023 goes live and here in Malaysia we are getting both ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED and the new flip as well. That said, in this article, we are going to focus on the ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED UP3404 – the specification, and pricing for the Malaysian market.

ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED UP3404 Malaysia

The ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED UP3404 – just like the name says, is the convertible laptop from the ASUS Zenbook lineup. Asus has been taking the sustainable route with their products and with this laptop, you get to see 30% recycled PCR plastic and the packaging is 100% recycled. Power consumption to plays a role in sustainability, and it has outperformed the Energy Star rating in a good way. Durability has always been a thing with these laptops and it’s no surprise that the Flip once again gets a MIL-STD-810H certification.

Specification-wise, this laptop brings the latest 13th-generation Intel experience to the table – with the i5 CPU coupled with 16GB of RAM and 512GB PCIe SSD. The ports of this laptop are pretty decent with ASUS going back to include USB 3.2 Type-A and HDMI 2.1 within the laptop. It comes with 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports which is pretty good in my opinion. The display on the ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED UP3404 is top class OLED panel – a 16:10 2.8K OLED PANTONE Validated display with support for the ASUS Pen if you ever want to use it to sketch or jot down.

In terms of weight, the laptop comes in at 1.5kg which is relatively light but not as light as the kilogram-weighing Zenbook S 13 we reviewed – which would have been nice. The laptop does have a nice thin profile at 15.9 millimetres. Inside, you do see a nice huge trackpad, an ErgoSense Keyboard and IR Camera for that Windows Hello goodness.
