With their Thincredible launch that happened not too long ago, ASUS unveiled the all-new ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED UX5304 which is the successor to the previous Zenbook S we reviewed here. Now, lucky for us, the laptop is heading into the Malaysian market and here’s what you need to know all about this laptop.

ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED UX5304 Malaysia

The ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED UX5304 reimagines the previous Zenbook S with a new design and a much more practical approach with the fact that thin laptops shouldn’t compromise on the experience. That said, the laptop sure does a fantastic job in living up to that sentence.

With a 1cm thin and 1kg light, this happens to be the world’s slimmest OLED Ultralight laptop. The materials they have used also happen to be of good quality – the display is an UltraSlimOLED panel which has a straight connector instead of a conventional backwards connector and hey, it has a super thin camera module too, with no notch whatsoever. The circuit boards are 25% slimmer and this time even has a full-size USB-A port. Finally, the keyboard area is made out of magnesium-aluminium alloy. Literally, everything in this laptop is thin, the trackpad, keyboard, battery and bottom case.

Specification-wise, this laptop comes equipped with up to Intel Core i7 13th Generation, 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, 16GB RAM, Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics and WiFi 6E. The display is a 16:10 aspect ratio OLED display with a resolution of 2880×1800. There’s no reason to look for a dongle as it comes with 2x Thunderbolt 4, 1x Audio Jack, 1x USB Type-A 3.2 and HDMI 2.1.

The packaging is now FSC Mix-certified – making it more eco-friendly and eco-conscious.
