Marshall Major V
The 5th generation Marshall Major V is about that longer battery life as it finally surpasses 80+ hours and offers 100+ hours of listening time with the newer generation. With LE Audio connectivity slowly taking over, both the Major V and Minor IV will be their first-ever audio product with support for LE Audio.
The Marshall Major V retains most of the goodness you get with the IV such as the rugged and foldable design, and iconic sound signature emitted out of the 40mm dynamic driver that makes a Marshall product deserving of the name.
With the customizable M-Control Button with the help of the Marshall Bluetooth app, you can set it to have custom EQ, Spotify Tap or anything really. And interestingly, we witness proper on-ear headphones to tout Wireless Charging, which is genius. But for those who still prefer wired charging, it’s possible with the help of USB-C and takes 3 hours to fully charge.
Marshall Minor IV
Marshall Minor IV is their true wireless earbuds, with improved 30+ hours of playtime, and has been redesigned – where the earbud and stem now seem to offer a better fit. On top of that, it gets water-resistant protection, so, rainy weather or heavy sweaty workouts won’t be such a problem after all. The Minor IV gets Multipoint and customizability with their Marshall App. Not to forget, this is another product in their lineup to get LE Audio support.
Pricing and Availability
The Marshall Major V is priced at RM 779 whereas the Marshall Minor IV is going for RM 699. Both the products will be available through Harvey Norman, TMT, CG Computers and Marshall Online official stores. However, if you are looking for the Major V through retail outlets, then it’s exclusively available at Harvey Norman.
