We have witnessed a bunch of DJI stores opened all across Malaysia but never a Hasselblad store. And usually, at least in Malaysia, to experience or try or own one, your best bet would be Camera retailers. But that experience changes today because the DJI Hasselblad Experience Store KLCC is now open in Malaysia and it’s the place to go for the best-of-the-both-world-experience.
DJI Hasselblad Experience Store KLCC
The DJI Hasselblad Experience Store KLCC brings both DJI and Hasselblad experience into the same store (which in case you didn’t know, DJI acquired a majority stake in Hasselblad back in 2017). Fast forward today, we have finally witnessed the opening of their new store in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, more specifically Suria KLCC. Just like any other DJI stores, you get to experience the latest hardware in their stores along side with some accessories for your existing DJI products.
But if you have been waiting for an outlet to taste what the Swedish brings to the imaging department, Your prayers have been answered. Not only the other side of the store has the popular X2D, the 503, known for its legendary experience as a waist-level medium format camera but they also had the Hasselblad 907X camera, in both 50C 80th Anniversary option and the 100C as well. The latter happens to be one of our favourite cameras we have witnessed in a long time.
That said, if you plan to either go for the Hasselblad or DJI or for both, the DJI Hasselblad Experience Store KLCC is the store to go for. It’s open everyday and at your usual retail timings.
Not sure if we could get our hands on the Hasselblad 907X for review, but we’ll try. 😉
