SUWe don’t see many wearable brands initiate health programs, and this might be the best one Samsung has pulled out of their hats – in collaboration with Sunway Medical. With this 90-day Health transformation program, the Sunway Time to Move program aims to create a structured, fun, and supportive path to help users attain their goals.
Sunway Time to Move Programme

Sunway Time to Move is a 90-day program that is organized in partnership with Samsung Malaysia and with this event, the whole idea is to create a 90-day wellness program, thereby helping participants achieve their health goals or perhaps kickstart for better health. The program is open to Malaysians aged 18 and above who are not under long-term medication.

To partake in this program, participants will need to undergo an InBody test to measure body composition and complete a Health Screening with Sunway Medical which will set you back RM 250. Once you have gone through the preliminary procedure, participants will receive a Samsung Galaxy Watch to monitor the activity. Now, the biggest catch here is that you must use the right Android smartphone, preferably a Samsung smartphone for the best data synchronization.
During the program, Sunway Medical will provide monthly challenges, and since it’s a very proactive program – you will have to share photos of your meals, and workout, partake in the monthly health talk, and group workout to get the best experience possible. After the program, you will then go through another set of tests to compare your before and after results.
Here’s the Best Part
Participants who have scored 70% or higher will get to keep the Samsung Smart Watch and the ones with the most progress will win a grand prize worth RM 10,000 – which includes a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 and trips ranging from 2D1N all the way up to 3D2N as well. There are some terms and conditions to participate in this program – you can check out all about it by clicking here.
