Let’s get the only IPS Model out of the way, which is the AOPEN 27KG3U M3 –  a 27” WQHD Monitor which hits 180Hz refresh rate with a 0.5ms GTG response time and since this is an IPS monitor which also supports HDR10, it does work better than VA monitors – which we all know for a fact for sure. If you want a curved monitor, then there’s the AOPEN 27HC5R Z1 which also uses a VA panel with FHD resolution and hits 280Hz refresh rate with 1ms response time. The monitor panel gets a 1500R curved screen for that immersion but it’s not an ultra wide monitor – so, you are looking at a more traditional gaming monitor but with a curved panel.

Finally, the priciest among the bunch happens to be the AOPEN 32HC5QUR S3 – uses a 31.5” VA Panel, A 1500R curved panel with WQHD resolution.It does hit 180Hz refresh rate with 1ms response time as well. Comes equipped with a capable stand and a 2W speaker under the hood.
