Leaks are inevitable at this point. It’s normal to see these days before the official reveal of the devices happens. Now that the S Series is out of the way, the next series most mid-tier consumers will be looking forward to will be the new A Series. And, thanks to our trusty go-to leakster Evan Blass, we get a first look at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A56 5G – and honestly, it looks way better than the S Series.
Samsung Galaxy A56 5G Leak First Look

Evan Blass, a name that goes synonymously with the tech world with an excellent track record with solid leaks has shared the 3D renders of the new Samsung Galaxy A56 5G. While the phone looks the same on the front with, potentially, the same display dimension as its predecessor, what caught me off guard is the design of the metal frame and the camera cut out.

The metal frame on the phone features a brushed finish with the area where the power and volume buttons protrude out – which is a nice design choice – similar to the S23 FE from 2023. On the back, now this is where many Z Fold users would be complaining about because the triple-camera design is now integrated all together and now has a black housing which resembles the Z Fold’s camera design. I have no qualms with it but safe to say, that most of the expensive owners of the Z Series will be flipping out. The metal rails on the A56 appear to be well-designed, with a proper brushed finish with slightly polished edges which we have not seen on the S25 series this year. I guess that it’s going to be Armor Aluminium but only time can tell.

As for the rest, we don’t know what to expect but if we are right, based on last year’s A55: the display would be the same size at 6.6″ AMOLED, so we should get the same camera setup, perhaps the Knox Vault which they made a huge deal out of, maybe a 5000mAh battery and potentially the new Exynos processor. Well, at this point, all we can do is assume but at least it’s nice to know that the Galaxy A56 5G is going to look beautiful and ironically appears to feel premium in the renders.

We know for a fact we will have the opportunity to see it when the launch happens. So stay tuned for that with us.
