It’s no surprise that the PCMR scene can go from “Very demure, very Mindful”  to “Over the moon”  and when the right people come together to make it, you best believe it surely is a work of an art. Which is what EMARQUE was tasked to do and delivered the Malaysia’s first RM 42,000 Cooler Master Shark X Gaming PC.

If you are not familiar with EMARQUE, well, they are Malaysia’s most specialised and advanced PC builders, and you can find with the hospitality that goes synonymously with that experience.

That said, there’s always that One PC Gamer who wants the Magna Carta Holy Grail setup and which is what EMARQUE delivered. The Cooler Master Shark X Gaming PC casing, which made its debut at Computex, was the chosen casing for this high-performance desktop. While this may be an unconventional casing, this 1-meter tall casing is quite the stunning showpiece to look at and has found its way to the first home in Malaysia.

Cooler Master is famous for its unconventional showstopper PC casing as they made the Sneaker X casing a while ago. Following that, we now have a Shark Casing. Under the hood, this PC is no joke either, as it’s powered by the following hardware:

  • CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K
  • GPU: ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 OC
  • Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z890-I Gaming WiFi
  • Memory: GSkill Trident Z Royal 64GB (32GB x2) DDR5 6400MHz
  • Storage: 2 x WD Black SN850X 2TB M.2 SSDs (Total: 4TB)
  • Cooling: Customised Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ATMOS
  • Power Supply: Corsair SF1000L 1000W Fully Modular Platinum SFX

On top of this build, the customer opted for the 57” Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 monitor, which brings the total investment to RM 42,000. If you are wondering what you could do with this PC, well, for one, you can play games like Cyberpunk 2077, Monster Hunter or any AAA title you throw at it to handle frames above 100 fps, without breaking a sweat – a true dream setup right there.

While this setup is a showstopper and will make the person who purchased happy, I must say, I wouldn’t mind one either.
