Setel Pump-and-Pay has truly made life easier for cashless payments at Petronas stations, and it sure does live up to our expectations. That said, Setel isn’t stopping there, as they are partnering up with TNG Digital to bring their proprietary pump-and-pay technology to TNG eWallet, making it easier for the eWallet users to pay at Petronas.

Now, all you have to do is head over to your TNG eWallet app and look for the “Petronas via Setel” option, bind your account to Setel, and you can start using it with no issues whatsoever. So, just drive to the nearest PETRONAS station, purchase the fuel at the pump, and follow the steps accordingly – exactly how Setel’s Pump-and-Pay works. This only gives access to the fuel pumping at the moment, and there’s no access to other Setel features, which can only be accessed through the Setel App.
At the moment, as a limited-time promotion, the first 50,000 eligible transactions made through TNG eWallet’s mini program will receive RM5 worth of Mesra Rewards points – and it’s open to new and existing users of Setel and Mesra Rewards. And since this is a feature available through the TNG eWallet, you can even earn GoReward points for every transaction made through this mini program.
